2. Purposes

We process data to perform the sale and delivery (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), take payment via Stripe, meet tax duties if applicable (Art. 6(1)(c)), defend claims (Art. 6(1)(f)), answer enquiries, and run essential cookies for cart, language and shop view. We do not use marketing cookies.

3. Recipients

Stripe, InPost/courier, Sanity, Vercel, e-mail provider (when enabled), and public authorities where required. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under SCCs or an adequacy decision.

4. Rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, object (where Art. 6(1)(f) applies), and complain to the Polish SA (UODO). Contact: pracownia@naturalnienieidealne.pl. Order data are required to perform the contract. No automated legal effects or marketing profiling.
