Returns and withdrawal

1. Who may withdraw

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exclusions in section 3. Business buyers have no statutory withdrawal right; we do not accept “no-reason” returns from them.

2. How

The 14 days run from receipt of the goods. Send the notice in time to pracownia@naturalnienieidealne.pl. Then return the goods within 14 days to the address we will confirm: [RETURN ADDRESS].

3. Exclusions (personalised goods)

There is no withdrawal right where the law excludes it, in particular goods made to the consumer’s specification or clearly personalised (Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 38(3)): wedding stationery, business cards with company data, cards with custom text, and any item marked as made to order / non-returnable. Ordering personalisation is a request to start production to your specification.

4. Costs

The consumer pays return shipping. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch. We refund the cheapest delivery option we offered, via Stripe, within 14 days of the notice (subject to that withholding). The consumer is liable for diminished value from handling beyond what is needed to establish the nature of the goods.
