Shop terms

1. General

These terms govern sales via the Naturalnie nieidealne shop at https://naturalnie-nieidealne.vercel.app.

The seller is [FULL NAME OR COMPANY], trading as “Naturalnie nieidealne”, address: [STREET, POSTCODE, CITY], tax ID (NIP): [NIP], e-mail: pracownia@naturalnienieidealne.pl.

Consumers keep all mandatory rights under Polish and EU law. Traders buying for their business do not have the statutory 14-day withdrawal right.

2. Handmade goods

Items are handmade, often from natural materials. Variation from photos and between pieces (colour, flower arrangement, paper texture) is inherent and is not a defect. Dried flowers change colour and become more fragile over time.

3. Orders and contract

Listing goods is an invitation to treat. The contract is formed when Stripe confirms payment. The customer is responsible for a correct locker number or delivery address.

4. Price and payment

Prices are in PLN. Shipping is added in the cart (InPost locker or courier). Payment is taken in advance via Stripe. Card data is not stored by the seller.

5. Personalisation

The customer is responsible for spelling and content. Errors in data they supplied are not defects and do not justify a free remake or withdrawal, except where the law says otherwise.

6. Complaints

Consumer statutory warranty (rękojmia) applies. Natural variation and personalisation matching the customer’s data are not defects. Complaints: pracownia@naturalnienieidealne.pl.

8. Liability and law

Consumer liability is as required by law. For non-consumers, liability is limited to the price paid (including shipping), excluding lost profits. Polish law applies. The Polish text prevails.
